Pls Help me identify bike by logo on Fork

Beuner

Retro Newbie
Hi,

I have this sprayed over frameset lying around. It has a forward downwards sloping top tube and looks to be pretty well made.

I checked the dropouts and bb but didnt find anything helpfull.
The only thing on the bike is this logo on the fork. Does anyone reconize it?

Thanks!
Greetings from Austria!

Thanks for helping out!

Now i just need to find out what kind of frame it is, because i didnt find any time trial frames from the Gios brand online.
Tommorrow i will post some pics of the lugs and the frame itself!

That's probably the case.
Maybe the original 26" fork was switched out for the current 28" Gios fork, if that's possible?

Would be cool to find out who build the frame and/or in what year.

Here are some pics of the frame.

I hoop someone reconizes the lugs or the very wide seat stays.
The rear drop outs say Shimano EP.

The "W"-shaped cut-out in the lower head tube lug, the BB shell cut-outs and the serial number all point to a high end frame built by Miyata in 1983.

So far I haven't been able to match this particular fastback seat cluster with Miyata or Koga-Miyata models. Maybe it was built for another brand?
