Dirt Disciple
I recently bought this very nice frankenbike and I would really like to know what it is. If someone could help it would be great...Thank you!

Some details:

- fully chromed frame/fork under the black (non-original?) paint
- dynamo bracket on rear seat stay
- no markings on dropouts
- came with a 27.2 seatpost with a very ]tight fit - settled on 27.0 now).
- Columbus Gara sticker (frame and fork)
- double eyelets back and front
- G=60 stamped on (english) BB - which is the size of the bike c-t. No other markings anywhere.
- 700c wheels

I simply do not understand this bike. It is clearly not a low end bike, but it has no markings, serial number etc. except the G=60 (incidentally the size of the bike c-t) on the BB. I haven't pulled the fork out yet, but it makes me wonder... even the dropouts lack branding. Why would a builder take the trouble to stamp the size on the bike but not a serial number/brand?

Re:

There's an American bespoke company called Gallus (the G on the BB....??) that has a similar looking thing, but I can't find a decent clear pic of an overall bike by them....might be worth researching them a bit further ;)

Thank you! I`ll look into it but google images produced nothing alike so far, at least not something with a dynamo bracket...

A full shot of the head tube, note the large spacer...Somehow I doubt it that it is made by a bespoke american brand

I also forgot to mention that it has fully internal wiring for the dynamo cables including a small hole in the headtube lug
