Royal Enfield mayfly 1949

Dirt Disciple
I am searching for information on this bike it is 531 frame and fork, lugless frame and forks and has had some dubious upgrading. How should I go about restoring it and selling it on as it is too small for me.
Additionally how do I add a photo? I have received a message saying it needs to be no more than 0 pixels high!

Its quite likely your RE had 26 inch Dunlop steel HP "lightweight" rims and a single roller close ratio gear, so extremely likely to have changed.

The Dunlop HP rims were about 24 ounces whereas their endrick rims were 32 ounces. Solid alloy
extruded rims were around 18 ounces.
You can load pics by Photobucket or similar, or I think directly after 3 posts

Re:

Thanks for that Iwill try photo bucket. It is still on 26. X1 1/4 Dutch ss rims with a 7 spd cassette and a low end triple on the front, nasty thumb shifters, and shopping bike bars
