Anyone help ID a Claud Butler Frame?

Re:

Not a frame, just part of a frame.
When that was new it had forks, head and bracket set and saddle pillar (now seat pin).

Appears to be one of the Holdsworthy Company pieces.

Yes, I did win it. Just waiting for it to arrive. I was trying to see if the lugs gave a clue. Are they bi-lam? Keith, what places it as holdsworthy and when?

Re:

Frank, from memory it was 1956 when Holdsworthy bought the name.
Some clear close up pics of the lugs, ends etc would help.

Memory not perfect, but I had a conversation with Claud at the cycle show in 1954 or 55. The demise of Manufacturers large and small in the mid 50s was extremely rapid. Not only the use of cars, but the NSU "quickly" was the first moped that really did what was required.
