You'll be needing one of these then.

I've been thinking about making a Pro-Floater replica, have all the tube sourced, only in 7005 and not 6061 so the heat treatment process is easily done. All the jigs are drawn, so just need laser cutting, it's just finding the time :LOL:

It was during a test from my laptop actually ;)

In truth I found a free moment - I'd love the frame jig pics please - Got access to a milling machine etc so the tube cutter isn't needed :)
