Not that i would ever suggest that you should, but, i've heard that CS gas is now readily available, and compact enough to be hidden in your shorts pockets!
Apparently they drop like a ton of bricks!
The thing is these kids are not stupid, they read the magazines and they know what the bikes are worth even on the street, ride in groups or carry heavy artillery!
And watch out on the towpaths!!

Hollister, it seems the bast***s who stole the bike knew exactly what to do, swap the parts with another bike, so at first glance it won't be recognised. there is no deterrent for these kids, cos even if they get caught they get let off and are heroes in their mates eyes.
