Recently 'lucky' enough to pickup a 29.8 mint syncros post off ebay following a brief mental abberation. Question is what does it fit :shock:

26.8mm is the internal diameter for Raleigh DynaTech Ti frames.

It'll fit a P7 slot to rear of seattube ( early models), later need 29.6. maybe a C16 as well.
