This photo is from the '80s but I still have the bike, an '83 Ritchey Annapurna. The photo is from a 1985 tour in Canada's Northwest Territories on a road that had been abandoned for 40 years.

Here's what was my 1989 Nigel Dean, bought for peanuts and sold for the same, tatty as hell but ridden lovingly through the summer. Handbuilt Reynolds 531 AT frame and forks.. I miss that bike now :(

Nothing worth looking at here....., just an old '88 Explosif that I've owned from when it was six months old.
This photo was taken a couple of years ago though, when it didn't have the nice flouro HS-33's....

In my opinion these late '80s Konas are one of the few bikes from that time that look the business even today 8) .

They are 3 nice steeds, especially loving the smoked paint Apex.

Shame they are huge!

A few of mine...

86 Cannondale SM600. My first mountain bike bought new in December 86 after 18 months of hard saving. Original was stolen in mid 90's. I bought this one four years ago on eBay and its restoration brought me to RetroBike.
