Removing Fat BBs

with mine the spindle can now be carefully tapped out (i used a soft copper mallet) it might take a bearing with it. If not the bearings can now be tapped out the shell with a hammer and drift. the bearings are common circlip variety so SKF, FAG etc from local supplier.
Thanks all, I got it out with a hammer, and then used a headset cup remover.
