anyone know if I can do a service to my Rock Shox Quadras at home and if so what do I need to do? Mine seem a little stiff, think they could do with a clean and a re-lube...
Quadra's are easy. Only watch out to when opening the plastic topcaps, if you haven't got the right tool for the caps, you'll ruin the caps, and the wont open again.
