when i meant 'bike' i meant our evening activities of building, polishing and fettling with bikes!

riding while listening to music would be dangerous with cars etc on road, and off-road make me more likely to make tactical dismounts (aka fall off :lol: )

Billy Bragg everytime, retro in a singlespeed, down with modern technology, rigid type way. Both are hard to do but ultimately rewarding in an odd way.

I usually end up in the garage with a bit of Tong on the radio or such like.

There was a great dance anthems a couple of weeks ago too, early nineties - best turbo session in months!! :D

There was a guy that used to take the Spin classes at the gym in NY I went to, his favourite track to get us sprinting to was 'Waterfall' by Atlantic ocean, absolute magic !!

music that fits my bike tinkering mood rage from early Orbital & Orb through to rockie stuff like Janes addiction & rage against the machine

taste depends on how annoyed with how procedings are going.

a good happy medium is always Bjorks band the sugarcubes.
