I have an old MXZ that I am building up, comes with a braze-on front der.. The cable is routed to go under the bottom bracket, but there is no guide for this and no hole to mount a guide. How was this originally done without just running the cable itself underneath and eventually cutting through the carbon BB housing? I'm stumped on this one.
