Recycle, the shop in south London that only sold quality second hand stuff. I bought a really nice 16" Kona Muni Mula frame from them in '97/98 ish which then got nicked along with my brothers ball burnished Zaskar.

Now I'm going to show my ignorance by saying 'what the heck is STW?'

Many a happy day was spent in recycle with Vince and Tim et al. Buy stuff, build it, take it back and sell it.

Vince was also the guy behind Town and Country importers who did Chuck, Dekerf, Black Spire etc so a man of taste indeed.

He was last seen still working in the industry and posting under the name of butch (ooo, get you) on Singletrack world. Top fella all round, sold me my Ti Fat and my bonty (after I had sold it to him, but that another long story!)

Did he give it up because is wasn't paying or for other reasons ? Seems a shame that there isn't anything similar or maybe ebay has killed it ?
