Name the frame game...

I've just this minute bought this, but what is it? Supposed to be full Ritchey tube set, seat tube and top tube ovalized at one end, Ritchey dropouts(definately). 19" frame weighs approximately 2.2kgs.
Any ideas?

Definately a top end Saracen of 98ish vintage. Can anyone put a name to it?

I'm guessing there's a Saracen S on the rear end of that top tube.

I've just been looking at a thread about one of orange71's frames which looks identical but I have no 'S'. The plot thickens, or does it?

Could we see closer pics of the seatpost clamp area and the area where the top tube intercepts the stays please ..

this was one of those frames that a chap's been selling for a while - I think they were Saracens. Reasonable quality - I'll see if I can find the original thread.

I am sure I have seen this somewhere in the bike trade some years ago.. although the cable routing does point me toward saracen ... :?

But still going with my original thoughts of a GT... interesting to see what Ed comes up with..
