looking at my WCF diamond back earlier i thought for a moment about all the evolutionary dead ends we've had in the quest for the perfect MTB

then i thought, how about building them all into one bike!

then i realised i couldnt think of that many

probably wont get built, but how would you spec a bike using as many dead ends as possible

my thoughts

Diamond Back WCF frame
AMP or Girvin fork
Gripshifts

suggestions welcome!

There's some stuff in these lists I don't think belong. Twist shifters, hydraulic rim brakes, for example. There are many parts such as these that may not necessarily be the cats tits, but they have their place. I dig twisties as my shifter style of choice, and I would never run a disc brake on the back of anything even remotely seeing trials duty...but hydros are great for that.

E-stays, elastomers, Alsop beam, Biopace... I'll support those on the list of poo and raise you a Kooka product of your choice!

I was thinking more mountain bike rather than trials. I realise maguras are good but the advent of hydraulic discs secured their end on mountain bikes. How about 130 gram alloy bars. Crud catchers, dcd's
