just take out one of the 5mm spacer on the hub , but you will have to re dish the wheel , i think .

If it is a quick release axle and you swapped to a 130mm item, you would have to use different spacers to loose the 2.5 mm from either side of the hub. I don't think you'd need to re-dish if you did this.
If you're using a steel frame I'd be tempted to spread the frame a little by hand as you fit the 135 wheel, it might fit. I think Van Nicholas actually spec some frames to accept either 130 or 135 hubs buy having to compress or spread the frame respectively.
