what was paid for it or what the actual retail was ?
when i lived with a mate in devon we had about 8 grands worth of stuff between us , that was price new , not what it was new . a few frames , loads of carbon , a few xtr groupsets , soon adds up

I thought you were asking the value of this website...
I had a shock about ten years ago when i used to have a proper collection of bikes.
I did a replacement valuation for the insurance and it was around 20 K! That was 8 complete bikes though.
Resale value of my bikes today, no more than about 1200 quid.
