Saddle recovering..

got an old Concor lite Cro-mo that ive had for years that fits me like the proverbial glove...

unfortunatley the leather has worn through on the nose and at the rear of the saddle so im wondering if i can get it recovered in leather?

Has anyone had this done? if so where did you get it done and how much did it cost?

Any ideas on what to do if the foam padding is shredded?

I've patched up small holes with bits of leftover foam insulation board from when I did the loft.
It's very easy the shape and glue in place with contact adhesive before re-covering.

I've still got two black leather sections left over from when i recovered mine and looks the bizz once it's stretched into place...should be plenty there for what you'll need it for.
