Anyone know of a 2000 King Kahuna anywhere?

If you do a search of the forums you'll find that there are a few about.
Of late I've seen 97s (or 97 stickered) frames pop up more commonly in the forums but the frame number makes them easy to tell apart.
Of all the King Kahunas the least common seems to be the 99 with the orange front and orange Z2 superfly coloured to match (standard superfly is gold/polished). In the last 5 years I've only found one guy who has one and thats the only picture I have of it.
The 99 Hei Hei (red front and matching red Z2 BAM) also appears to be very rare - I've never found anyone with one or has a photo of one other than the catalog.
