Best UK wheel builders?

I'm looking at getting a set of posh hoops built by a master.

Who shall I use? Anywhere in UK is fine

Recommendations please!

I havent had wheels built by Mr B but by all accounts he's a bit obsessive on perfection

How about London based wheelbuilders??

i have a friend in london he owns a little bike shop il dig the name up and his site he's like a little budda wheel builder tought me a fair bit but he's about £45 a wheel labour cool guy and he'll teach for for time cost

failing that im only a short drive or post away
