Depends what you're trying to achieve.
If you trying to get a factory look then I suggest either the original spec GT Bologna Lite or Rock Shox Quadra's
It also depends on your 'colour scheme' as the forks can really set off the bikes look.
If yours is going to be a polished aluminium with blue and yellow stickers I think yellow coloured Quadra's would look fine, especially with a bit of yellow detailing on a saddle.
The biggest reason for choosing a fork is obviously what type of use the bike is going to get.
Rock Shock Judy Sl or XC's woul also fit the bill. These were fitted to the same era Zaskars.
