April fools joke maybe?

They used to have one of those over at Pedalabikeaway in the Forest Of Dean. Looks so scary it's untrue. Could never convince anyone to try it our with me - can't think why!

surly

If it had three wheels I could see trying it out, but I don't know how you would ever be able to balance on that thing with just two wheels.

They are actually fairly easy to ride - provided the No2 doesn't try to shift and balance it aggressively.

They never really caught on for dirt jump or DH though.

I had a go on a bike like that back in the early 90's, i was the passenger. I couldn’t get use to it, I managed to bend the bar / stem trying to control it. not for me :(

i wanna go! iv built some strange bikes in my time, i think i mite have a go at building one of these.........

I wonder if it would be possible to ride alone on :?
Do you constantly have to lean towards the middle.

Has to be better than a normal tandem, where you spend the journey staring at someones ar*e

It's been around a long time, back to very early days at the beginnings of bicycles.
They were called sociable tandems.
