if the judy fork lowers in question is 100mm travel ~(same as the DHO) then i would say its probably ok!
the shorter travel versions of the judy fork have their bushings lower so the fork legs from the DHO would not sit in them, so they would also be pretty flexy (only supported by one bushing in each leg instead of two...) as well as probably destroying the lower bushings everytime the fork legs smacked into them on their way down..
