How long will my umm, girl parts, continue to hurt from riding my mountain bike? I've just began to cycle again. I had been running quite a bit and got injured. To stay strong, I have been riding my mountain bike @least 5 times a week for almost a month and in order to get a good workout, I ride or use a trainer for at least an hour at at time.My crotch still hurts! I've been fitted for my bike, I've got the gel seat, nice bike shorts, I've done everything but that's what's ending my workout. How long does it take to toughen up?
