can anyone please tell me what these are from ?

they are bigger than 1 inch , not by much tho...... they have 22mm stamped on them........

In fact and being a bit more serious, they're to retro even for me to recognise and that's saying something. Definitely mid 80's I guess.

Somebody must know!
 
Do Nittos have any markings?

A pair of Nittos would be quite a find.
Didn't they make the early Bull Moose bars for Specialized, or something??
 
they have h.t. taiwan 22mm wrote on them and look very similar to the ones in that like , the top bolts exactly the same........
