Rock Shox Strip down/rebuild guide

I'm looking to try and fix my knackered Rock Shox Jett forks (from my old Klein Attitude), and was wondering if anyone had a guide, or a link to a guide on t'interweb.

I no idea what I'm doing so a guide would be handy!

Have you had a look in the archives ? theres some rockshox there i believe was scanned in recently
