Pace MX forks

Ive looked at a few sets of these, ideal for my P7... (s) can you change from 1.1/8 steerer to 1in steerer on them ?

I'm not entirely sure yet. I've been offered a set for my P7 build but apparently they need some work. Are you the man I need to speak to?
