KLEIN QUESTION...

Hi Chaps,

So I just built the Rascal and now I have the chance to buy an Attitude..

Question is, is the Attitude any better? Better geometry..?

Lighter?

Cheers

Mark

I dont know why, but the Attitudes were always more "desirable"

More "Kudos" to them ;)

Plus in my opinion, came in nicer colours too

same geometry, but the attitude has a klein size headset, and i think the rascal frame is actually lighter !!
The attitudes are more desirable as they have an oversize headset and a larger quill mission control size, they also come with rigid klein forks  .
but the headset bearings are a pain to find, if you do find them they are expensive, also the headset seals are virtually impossible to find.... so make sure the ones on the attitude you might buy are in good nick.
The rascals as you know take a standard 1" headset and are therefore easier to maintain and find forks for.
Bottom line is the attitudes are worth more :!:

im pritty sure if you wanted you could get the rascals in all the same colours as the attitudes ? apart from maybe the storms..... even then if you custom ordered it , it was probobly possible :?:

1990-1992 Attitude = Rascal + MC1 headtube

So basically Rascal is a better deal and easier to maintain.
If the Attitude deal is good and the frame is in good condition, then why not?
