Kona Cindercone Seatpost Diameter

Quick question - I've got one of the original Kona Cindercones and have had my seatpost nicked. Can anyone confirm the diameter - I think it's 27.0?

Hi,

How original ? I have a 1990 Cindercone which is 26.4, A 1994 which is 26.6 If it was a Kona thumb seatpost then will be 27.0

My 94 is 26.8mm just to confuse things

I think it's a 1989/ 1990. Looking through the gallery this bike is the same age as mine.

If it has a rear u-brake as in the photo, then it's one of the original '1988' ones, but I think they used the same size post as the '1990' ones.

It takes a 26.4. I had a 1990 one and it's hanging in my friends shop with the seatpost in it.

Kona never used 26.6, only 26.4 and 26.8.
