Can someone identify these hubs??

I cannot for the life of me identify these hubs.. they are very much like Bullseye's, but not..

screw the hubs, whats more interesting is the offset radial spoke pattern - first time I have seen one...been planning one for a while when I got round to it.

I had 1 on a rear XT non drive side in like 92 ;)
 
weird spoke pattern! especially "radial" spokes laced to the outside looks crazy... how old is that wheel? any cracks on the hub shell/flange?

They are in really good nick, there are no cracks and the rear cassette makes a nice 'clicky' noise..
