Which is the best way to ship a frame from the US??

I've {hopefully}got a frame sorted from the US - but cant work my way round UPS or USPS!!!

USPS Priority Mail....is the only choice. The box must be less than 108" combined length and girth(around). If so a 4lb frame packed in a box that size will scale out around 10lbs with packing and box and it should sail for ~US$52.50 to the UK. Oops noted that your in New Zealand but it be similar. Go to usps.com...select calculate postage at the top....next screen hit Calculate International Postage...then you the drop down box and select New Zealand. The enter the weight
and hit continue. On the last screen the available services and amounts will be shown on this screen THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO DO is hit the blue show dimensions. Priority Mail shows at US$63.75 if mailed at the post office...if the sender prints a label at home it's only US$60.56. Still not bad at all.

that also shows how shockingly overpriced the UK is!
