Im Working on a 1989 Offroad Master,
she used to belong to a Scottish rider called Andrew Wright -

She was a warranty claim with a poor braze on the seat tube lug.
Any way i ended up with her after bugging the old man for a new frame
. think ye a yeti or a pace. na a half burst offroad.

old guys for ya.

That bike was raced black and blue and finally broke a week b4 a scu
series race at ryhnie aberdeen shire. had to race anyways broke or not.

ha ha

still got her though and soon be back on the road

Hi grundig, there are a few scottish based members now

there is a cluster near Aberdeen, me on my tod in Dundee, and a larger grouping in the central belt.

In the early 90's I raced the Edinburgh Bike Coop Series. I also did a couple of others and have casually done 2 this year. Mountain Mayhem (retrobike 10 man team) and the Hairy Coo (Very Hairy this year).

Downhilldave also did the EBC series back then.

MacRetro meet up every month or so but it might be the summer before we plan trips up the A9. (there is about 4 or 5 at each outing)
