Does anyone own a - Checker Pig ??? I quite fancy one !!

saw a pic of a modern one from a bike show somewhere in MBUK a few months ago, remembered the name from BITD but can't remember what they were like... sorry, useless post by me :LOL:
 
I remember the early full sussers with a big circular spring behind the seat tube for the rear suspension. Saw several of them in Germany and Austria late 90's (ish) but none in UK.

My mistake, it was in front of the seat tube :oops:

Well, it worked - but how well is anybody's guess! I saw several people riding them so they must have been reasonably popular.

No, you are quite right- I have pics of one with a circular spring at the top, behind the seat tube. Mad looking thing but very retro too.
