Can anyone recommend me a pair of exotic Or boutique French German or British made cantilever brake levers ?

Something as nice as a Paul’s Kooka etc - or almost as nice and nice finishing quality and attention to detail

That’s an idea - thank you - I’ve never heard of Extralite.
And FRM - I’ve seen their cranks - I’m curious to see their levers !!
 
Anyone know if the Extralite 2+ can be used with cantis?

Not necessarily proper Gucci, but I guess X-lite chicken stix would have been a UK option, and a perfectly acceptable lever.
