has that got semi horizontal drop outs?

Yes it has. Very handy when you want to get rid of the original 200GS deadweight groupset.

I purchased this a couple of months ago and haven't had much time to look at it. I am now beginning to plan what I am to do with it and thought that I would post some pics of the frame.. I have a few Saracen frames now but can't help but notice that the build/welding of these kili frames is of a higher standard than the others..

I couldn't resiste the Wiggle coloured charge saddle and grips to go with the other orange andised bits. Now all I need is some orange chainring bolts.
