Have a look, at the 1996 and maybe 95 catalogues. See what looks similar and comes with a bottom bracket drip hole.
Without frame details, it's hard for anyone to tell.
But another I505 (3127) was suspected to be a 1996 Cardiac
(or whatever used the same frame)
But this isn't so I would go 1996 Fusion, one year out wasn't bad.
