Hi I have just bought a Gary Fisher CR7 and would like any info anyone has about this bike, please .
It does not look like the others I've seen !

Mavic M261 Ceramique, Shimano XT (rear)
on the bottom bracket we can read : FS9010 (FS = Front Suspended ? 90 = 1990 ?)

well I think I've found

Paul Boutin was an auto-body repairman and restoration specialist, in the county (74) beside mine (73).
I think In the 90s he polished the frame, and glued new stickers, then he varnished.

I changed the fork and went riding : such happiness :D

1991 : the only year where you can find those shell Gary Fisher Drop Out on the CR7 and a chrome plated rear triangle.
It was the first year the Fisher brand became "Gary fisher" but the decals are very modern.

Very cool bike designed by Richard Cunningham (It's why, CR7 name)

Yes : shell drop out begun on 1991 catalog (until 1990, it was classic triangle drop out)
