+Is it compatible with 7 (as opposed to 8 ) speed shifters? How about non-indexed shifters?
+Does it use 10t or 11t pulleys? Would bullseye pulleys work?
Anything is interoperable between 7 and 8 speed -the chains are identical, along with shift ratios. The only difference is the cog spacing on the cassette (4.8mm for 8, 5.0 for 7).
