1994 kona cinder cone seat post size ?

Hi all
I have picked up a grey 1994 kona cinder cone and am looking for the correct seatpost size.
The seatube on this frame is flared out and I can fit a 27.0 but it goes no more than 1 ot 2 cm before it jams.

It's 27.0 so double check there's nothing rogue in the seat tube and both tube and seatpost are nicely lubed.

Nominal is 27.2 for the tubing - occasionally you get one with no ovalisation from welding that will take 27.2. Almost all are 27.0 after a little distortion.

Usually a bit of 400 grade wet and dry sandpaper rolled up and rotated around in the seat tube will clean up 25-odd years of muck and corrosion residue allowing a 27.0 to glide in smoothly. Remember to grease the post before fitting.
