not with those stays, and im sure kona never used ritchey socket dropouts. Im sure someone can id the frame though, it looks familiar but just cant think what it is.

My 2001 Kilauea uses Ritchey Socket dropouts - as did others at the time I believe but I am in no way as knowledgeable as some others... however the catalogue in the archive shows the CC for 2001 being Alu
