This frame can hoon down singletrack - but noting the posts regarding kitting an mtb as a road, this is a small c16r doing the school run for my 13 year old. For a while it is doing domestic work and it’s run flawlessly for a year - only needed to lube the chain and adjust the brakes. Yes it has a nasty guard on the fsa 150 cranks but that stops school trousers being hooked up. Fast? Yep. Conti Gator Skins - only one puncture all year.
