I've been working on scanning in old Goat literature @ http://mombat.org/Mountain_Goat.htm and it is definitely from BITD. Russ still uses the same templates that he used 15+ years ago.

Altitude was to be a higher end semi-custom shop where makers could get small to moderate sized runs of bikes made in the US. The company was owned by Jeff Lindsay of Mountain Goat.
