Turbo Trainer noob here :oops:

Can someone suggest some sessions for me please?



Bear in mind im 40+ and pretty unfit currently :oops: :roll:


(If it helps the TT is a CycleOps Mag Trainer)
 
Easy starter for you;

10 mins easy, 10 mins hard, 10 mins warm down.

Once you have built up a reasonable fitness, then you can think about longer sessions and possibly some interval training.

I generally do 1hr on the TT, 10 up, 40 hard, 10 down. In the shed too, get a right good sweat on :cool:

Do a search on TT training as I ran a thread on this a few months back ;)
