Stripping paint from steel frame & polishing?

Hi all, I’ve got a nice hand made steel Alves from 1993 (filet brazed) which is painted a three tone colour. I’d like to find a reasonable way to strip the paint, polish in it raw metal the lacquer to protect it.

Anyone done this? Who professionally could do it or how would o go about doing myself?

Advice, recommendations welcome to decide which method to follow

It will rust under pretty much any clear, I'm afraid. Sooner or later your hard work will be spoiled by rust worms/spiders, spreading usually from areas around the tube joints.

I have used wire wheel on a drill with powercoat and also used wickes paint stripper and left over night to strip the paint

the paint stripper is easyer

Nitromorse will get the paint off. if the frame was alloy then a polish and lacquer would work. but any steel will soon oxidise even under lacquer either spray with a metallic paint or chrome ?
