It is the one from offroadtoad, I don't think it's a univega as the cable runs aren't on the top they are on the side.

Have found the bike on eBay again and have had another look at the pics... Can someone take a closer look at the bar stem! It's very unusual and I have not seen anything like it... Here's the eBay item no 122876454498 thanks RJ

No idea on worth per se, but a (decent) suspension fork with a canti mount is hard to come by, and that bike is running v brakes.
