Judy butter

I've put some kronos springs into my Rockshox and its advising a smear of judy butter on them

I don't have any.. whats a suitable replacement?

A bit of thin 'grease'

Judy Butter is just a brand of Fork Grease.

As it is not near anything or oil, it is only there to stop some squeaks and give a protective coating against damp.

So really any lube, vasaline would even be fine.
Stay away from the (not sure what they are called*) but white grease like down finish lines, they dry out over time.

A good dollop.of that greeny transparent castrol stuff people tend to have a tub of would do wel.l.


* Hopefully someone will remember, only just having my first coffee on a Sunday.

I have superslick and it is great for the seals and things, but for just the springs where it is just for protection.
Any "waterproof" grease would do.

Probably same as Judy butter anyway.
(Anyone know who's they rebrand).

Park one will be fine, it'll be good for the seals to.
(So pop the legs out, give them a clean and lube the bushings and seals up while you're at it.)
