I'm unsure what these are, any ideas? They look a lot like ringle but I'm not certain.

Re:

Is that good? I was hoping to use them paired with spin wheels but I'm guessing the rear will be too short and perhaps they aren't up to the task of off roading?

Re:

They will break Ian. Sell them to me !

I used these for a few years with no issues..if I remember I replaced the Ti skewer on the rear for a longer steel one. Might be fine for 130mm rear hubs

Re:

If you are using them with Spinergys then I wouldn’t worry too much about whether the skewers fail.

Are the axles ti then? I thought they were alloy. I could be up for selling them if you want them.

Re:

Ringle didn't do alloy axles, only steel (CamTwist) or Ti (TiStix). Yours look like steel.

You could replace just the rear axle... or buy some cheap Chinese Ti MTB skewers, swap the axles and drop ~18g in the process. I've done the latter with a few of mine.

No problem using them offroad. Apart from the extra machining in the lever, they are exactly the same as the holey MTB skewers.
