Marinovative

Hi there,

I have two pairs of Marinovatives:
One pair of Decelarators, the version with the pulley wheels and a pair of Stop Lites.

Which of the ones were the popular version (the moste produced)? BTW none of them are for sale, I´m just interested in knowing more, so if anyone has some info I´ll be glad.

The decelarators were released in 1989 when Ben Capron was as 18. They were mass produced, but not in massive numbers. Titanium, pulleys at the top. They work really well once setup properly.

The stoplights came out in c1991 were one of (or the) first direct pull/V brake. Also ti, and again mass produced but not as much as the later cheap trick.

Yeah I´ve read about this young guy Ben, who didn't´t patented his designs because it was too expensive. And that he sourced his titanium rods for free as materials samples and the cheap tricks were sourced from old window frames.

Yeah, maybe I should get the Cheap Tricks too just to have a complete Marinovative collection.
