Virtually any Shimano free-hub of that era will fit. Ultegra, XT, M900 XTR... If you want to get fancy and shed a few grams I think a M950 titanium free-hub will fit as well.
That's the beauty of Shimano the free-hub interface is identical in all models (at least the more decent ones, don't know about the cheap tat).
