Anyone have any info on the bike pictured?
From what I know it's a Raleigh M-Trax, possibly a "420 Duo-Tech"?
Looks like Rockshox Indy Forks? Shock is a Rockshox apparently.
A frame & forks is up for sale near me, quite tempted, but would like a bit more info before I go see it.

Re:

No thankfully they stopped at 2!!. I had the unfortunate pleasure of selling both activators to the good people of Edinburgh back in 95/96 (I'm still living with the guilty feelings).

This one is after my time so don't know much about it, the DH full suss bikes have a few fans on here though. If you can get it cheap enough it would make a fun project.

Just to clear this up, the decals on the frame say "Raleigh M-Trax 400", aluminium frame, Rockshox deluxe shock, Indy C Long Travel forks.
I've not found anything on Google about this particular model, but plenty of similar looking Raleigh frames with the pivot point higher up.

It's all working, just needs a polish and some TLC , think I might build it up and see what it's like .

Re:

The Duo-Tech bikes were bonded Ti/Steel much like the earlier Dyna-Techs so I did think the model name/number were a bit suspect. Any idea on the year? I'd guess 98-00 ish?

As you say, the full suss bikes with the higher pivot point are what I know from Raleigh and can't find any info on this one either. I'm sure someone on here must know something about it.

Re:

As it came.... just needs a chainset.

Not bad :)
